Yearly rate is for a 12 month season rate to be paid monthly
Six month contract is available for an additional $2.00/foot
Security deposit is required at signing of a seasonal contract equal to two months storage
Vessel must be insured with a minimum $300,000 liability coverage with Scorpion Bay named as additional insured. A copy must be provided to Scorpion Bay prior to vessel being put into the slip.
All data is preliminary and subject to change. Slips under 40 - A monthly surcharge for power will be assessed based on the estimate of usage. The surcharge will be determined on opening based on current rates at that time.
Electric Slips over 40 - Metered power usage will be billed on actual. This will be determined on opening based on current rates at that time.
